Fire Apparatus

430 Central Avenue
Cincinnati, OH 45202

The Cincinnati Fire Department operates one of the few fire department run bomb squads - there are only around 40 such units nationally.  The company was organized in 1970 and currently runs as a two-piece unit.  The heavy rescue style apparatus carries the equipment and the smaller Ford carries the containment unit.  The company responds to hazardous device incidents throughout Greater Cincinnati including Northern Kentucky.
